FAQs
Minimum Rate is $35.00 per month for all Water Distributor Customers.
Rental: Bring Signed Rental Agreement, $225.00 ($150.00 refundable deposit, $75.00
Service Charge) in cash, check or money order and Photo ID to the office.

Purchase: Bring New Owner Service Agreement, Proof of Ownership (deed), Photo ID,
$35.00 Non-refundable Transfer Fee in cash, check or money order to the office.
Renters: If you are a renter, you must call and give us a forwarding address so we can
return your refundable deposit. If you owe a bill when you discontinue service it will be
deducted from your deposit, and the remainder will be returned to you within 30 days.
If you do not notify us of your departure and leave a forwarding address, after 90 days
of the date we learn of your departure, we will apply the deposit to your outstanding
balance, and place the rest of your deposit into an account to use for upgrades to our
infrastructure.
Owners: If you wish to close your account you must notify the office, we will remove
your meter and disconnect your service, until such time as you request it be put back
in or until such time as the new owners provide proof of ownership, or a renter
provides rental agreement and deposit. If you sell your property, your membership will
transfer to new owner, if you rent your property, you will retain your membership.
All bills are due by the 10th of the month. All bills are subject to a late fee if not paid by
the due date. The bills are mailed out before the 28th of each month, and we know the
mail can be unpredictable, but you can call the office at 918-677-2360, email at
waterdistributorsinc@gmail.com, go online to waterdistributorsco.com, message us
here on the contact us form, message us on Facebook at Water Distributors, or get your
bill in the mail to find out how much your bill is.
The best way to avoid late fees is to pay your bill online.

How do I get on the agenda?
If you are a member of the corporation, you can call the office at 918-677-2360 and ask to be put on the agenda, tell them what you need to discuss and they will give you further instructions. (understand that all meetings are open to the public, and recorded in minutes and there is no expectation of privacy).
In the event of an emergency call the office phone number, 918-677-236. If there is no one available to answer your call, an automated message will direct you to the current emergency on-call phone number.
If the leak is on your property, then you should reach out to a local plumber. However, if the leak is at your water meter or between the meter and the road then please call our office.
